Cross Country Teams Open Up 2024-25 Season at University of Olivet Comet Open

(Charlotte, MI)-- The Cleary Cougars Men's and Women's Cross Country teams opened up their 2024-25 season this week with the University of Olivet Comet Open. They would run at Broadway Acres Golf Course in Charlotte, Michigan. 

 

In the Men's Race: 

  • Ethan Beres led the Cougars will a time of 15:28.10, which would leave him finishing in 11th overall. 

  • Donovan White came in with a time of 15:49.20, he would finish in 23rd place. 

  • Preston Mackenzie finished 42nd overall with a time of 16:03.50

  • Hunter Anderson finished with a time of 16:43.70, good for 69th place

The men would finish 4th out of 6 as a team. 

 

In the Women's Race: 

 

Cleary will be back in action on September 7th when they compete at Northwoods University.
