WHAC Announces Esports Preseason Coaches Poll for Three Spring Titles
(Howell, MI)-- 2025 Preseason Coaches Poll have been released for Esports including: Overwatch 2, League of Legends and Valorant. Valorant is a new title for the conference this season. Siena Heights University earned top-billing in each of the three titles to be competed in this spring. The Saints are the defending champions of the WHAC, finishing in second place in both League of Legends and Rocket League and third place in Overwatch 2 a season ago. Rochester Christian repeated as Rocket League champions in the fall with Siena Heights earning second place.
Cleary was picked to finish in a tie for 3rd place in Overwatch 2, in 4th place in the newest title Valorant, and in 8th place in League of Legends.
WHAC play in all three titles will get underway the week of January 27th. The play-in tournaments will take place the week of March 31st to determine the field for the in-person finals hosted by Siena Heights on April 4-5.
