(Big Rapids, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar men's basketball team hit the road for an exhibition game at NCAA D2 Ferris State University Wednesday evening, and ultimately lost the game.
One of the nation's best flexed their muscles early and often, as the Bulldogs held Cleary to 14 points in the first half, and only 42 in the game, as they went to win 109-42.
Jaylen Cole-Williams led the Cougar attack with 11 points and 2 assists, while Chris Williams added 10 points and 2 rebounds. AJ Hess made two three pointers off the bench for 6 points, and Brockton Kohler added 5 points. Bennie Crenshaw Jr. had a game high 7 assists.
Cleary will be back in action on Saturday, November 18, when they travel to Southfield to open WHAC play with a game against the Lawrence Tech Blue Devils. The game is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM.
