Men's and Women's Bowling Competes at Roto Grip Raider Classic

(Dayton, OH)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's bowling teams participated in the Roto Grip Raider Classic this weekend, hosted by Wright State University.
In the Men's Meet:
- Matthew Radjewski took home 26th place, after bowling a 5-game series of 190-209-208-202-200, to knock down a total of 1,009 pins, and averaged 201.8
- Finishing in 35th was Corey Goldsmith, who had a 5-game series of 184-180-193-193-245
- Hunter Blackhurst bowled games of 174-181-178-195-165 and finished in 74th place
- Justin Perdue bowled in four games, and knocked down 176-165-215-131 to finish in 110th
- Bowling in three games was Trevor Cockerill, who had games of 226-214-179.
As a team, Cleary finished in 12th place out of 20 teams.
In the Women's Meet:
- Leading the Cougars was Samantha Dulz, who bowled a 5-game series of 202-127-160-227-202, knocking down a total of 918 pins for a 183.6 average
- Leigha Rue wasn't too far behind, as she finished in 23rd place with a series of 180-159-193-164-199
- Hailee Hale bowled 194-133-171-172-178 games to finish in 41st place
- Jamie Crandell bowled in four games, and knocked down 209-163-206-127 in her action to finish in 68th
- Courtney Witten bowled in three games, but had games of 128-178-202
As a team, Cleary finished in 7th place out of 16 teams. The bowling teams will have a little break, and will resume their season after Thanksgiving at the AHBA #4 Jamboree on December 2.
