Bowling Shines at AHBA's Fifth Jamboree

(Fort Wayne, IN)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's bowling teams participated in the AHBA's fifth jamboree, and their first tournament of the new year Saturday in Fort Wayne.
In the Men's Tournament:
- Justin Perdue was the top Cougar performer, with games of 189-201-188-200-233, and finished in 29th place
- Matthew Radjewski would finish in 41st, with games of 203-178-212-166-194
- Finishing two spots behind his teammate in 43rd was Ethan Parker, who had games of 176-210-170-191-203
- With games of 171-213-193-152 was Zachary DeLong, who finished in 65th
- Finishing in 67th was Corey Goldsmith who bowled games of 175-193-166-137
As a team, Cleary knocked down 6,927 pins and finished in 9th place.
In the Women's Tournament:
- Finishing in 18th, and the top Cougar performer, was Leigha Rue who bowled games of 182-192-182-164-189
- Taking home 20th and 21st were Jamie Crandell and Hailee Hale. Crandell bowled games of 148-170-167-245-168, while Hale bowled games of 158-224-152-205-158
- Samantha Dulz would bowl games of 232-140-172-176-122 to finish in 33rd
Cleary would place three bowlers in the top 21 spots, and finished in 5th place as a team.
