Men's and Women's Bowlers Compete at WHAC's Fourth Jamboree

(Allen Park, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's bowling teams were in action Saturday, bowling in the WHAC #4 jamboree at Thunderbowl Lanes in Allen Park.
In the Men's Tournament:
- Bryce Owens would finish in 10th place with games of 186-237-212 to total 635 pins, but he was entered as a member of the reserves team
- Xander Finkbeiner earned a 12th place finish, with games of 224-206-201 to total 631 pins
- Howie Hammond would finish in 50th with games of 206-163-205
- Justin Perdue and AJ Clark finished in 92nd and 93rd
Cleary would knock down 5,321 total pins, to finish in 13th place.
In the Women's Tournament:
- Hailee Hale earned an 8th place finish with games of 164-180-225 to total 569 pins in her three game series
- Finishing in 13th was Sam Dulz, who bowled games of 167-221-173
- Brianna Swickard bowled games of 146-171-181 to finish in 40th
- In 58th was Courtney Witten, who bowled games of 152-153-160
- Olivia Solomon would bowl games of 158-159-137 to finish in 67th
As a team, Cleary knocked down 5,232 pins to finish in 6th place out of 16 teams
Both teams will be back in action tomorrow, Sunday, January 26, when they bowl in the AHBA Championships in Monroe.
