Men's Golf Kicks Off 2024-25 Season at Cascades Clash

(Jackson, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar Men's Golf hit the course for the first time of the 2024-25 season today as they traveled to Jackson, Michigan to take on the Cascades Clash hosted by Albion College. The boys would play 18 holes today and would tie for 4th place overall as a team after posting a team score of 304.

Axel Houdaille led the Cougars as he would shoot a 37 on the front nine holes and a 36 on the back nine holes for a total of 73.
Seth Sherry who was entered as an individual for the event would finish with a 74.
James Armbrust, Basile Malempre, and Kaden Patterson would all shoot a 77 for the team score.
Johnny Fackler would finish his round with a score of 79.

The Men's Golf team will continue their season next Monday, September 9, 2024. They will take on the Rochester Christian Invitational at Point O'Woods Country Club in Benton Harber, Michigan.
