Men's Golf Takes Home 2nd Place at Cougar Invite

(Brighton, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar Men's Golf team hosted the Cleary Cougar Invite today at Oak Pointe Country Club in Brighton, Michigan. The men would submit two teams with the A team finishing in 2nd while the B team finished in 8th. 

  • Axel Houdaille led the way for the Cougars finishing with a +4 to take home 2nd place overall. 

  • Johnny Fackler finished tied for 8th place overall after posting a score of +7

  • Basile Malempre finished with a +8 to tie for 13th overall.

  • Garrett Earegood was on the B team roster and finished tied for 19th overall with a round score of +11. 

  • Kaden Patterson (A team) and Seth Sherry (B team) tied for 27th overall with scores of +14

The Men's Golf team will close out their fall season next Monday, October 14, 2024, as they travel down to Sylvania Country Club for the Lourdes University Invitational. Tee time is set for 10:00 AM.
