Cougars Break PR's and School Records at Don Kleinow

(Adrian, MI)-- It was a windy day for track & field, but that didn't matter as much as the Cleary Cougars track & field team broke two school records, and saw multiple PR's at the Don Kleinow Memorial Invite hosted by Siena Heights University.
In the men's race:
- Victor Davis finished in 10th in the 110 hurdles with a time of 17.98
- Matthew Booth and Aden Michael had strong showings in the 200 M, with times of 24.79 and 27.04 respectively
- Victor Davis broke the school record in the 400 M hurdles with a time of 1:01.71 to finish in 3rd place
- Camden Staples ran a 2:07.77 to finish in 14th place in the 200 M
- Anthony White set a new PR and ran a 16:35.56 to finish in 5th in the 5000M, while Joel Hartleb ran a 17:58.91 to finish in 10th
- Ethan Beres finished in 9th in the 10,000 M with a time of 34:58.48 to finish in 9th
- Nick Floyd set a new school record in the high jump with a 1.93 M
- Nick Floyd set a new school record in the javelin, breaking the mark that Isaac McComb set last week, witha throw of 39.12 M. Isaac McComb finished in 13th with a distance of 37.83
- Isaac McComb finished in 20th in the shot put with a distance thrown of 11.56 M
In the women's race:
- Jillian Clark finished in 23rd in the 200 M with a time of 32.23
- Jillian Clark and K'Neil Dawkins finished in 15th and 16th, with times of 1:13.06 and 1:21.58 respectively
- Lauren Gores ran a 19:46.00 in the 5000 M to finish in 7th place, and set a new PR (by 45 seconds) in the process
- Mikaela Casey finished in 12th in the shot put with a distance of 10.37 M
