(Adrian, MI)-- The receiving votes (RV) Cleary Cougar wrestling team was in Adrian to wrestle four dual matches at the Adrian College Duals Sunday.
vs. Wisconsin-Eau Claire
- Tunde Oroye earned a 5-4 decision over Ian Pepple to earn 3 team points in the 197 weight class
- Eathan Westfall pinned Sloan Welch in 1:58 in the 285/Heavyweight weight class to earn 6 team points
- Preston Auld, Ryan Weaver, Ty Johnson, Alex Nouhan, David Hernandez, and Lenton Patrick would all suffer losses in their matches
Cleary lost 41-9 in the match
vs. Ohio Northern
- Louden Stradling earned a 7-3 decision to win the 149 weight class over Cael Vanderhorst to earn 3 team points
- Jacob Gonzales would pin Anthony Lahoski in 3:57 to earn 6 team points in the 174 weight class
- Preston Auld, Ty Johnson, Alex Nouhan, Lenton Patrick, Tunde Oroye, and Eathan Westfall would lose their respective matches

- Eathan Westfall earned a forfeit victory for 6 team points in the 285/Heavyweight class

Cleary will next be in action next Friday, November 22, when they travel to Grand Rapids to take on the nationally ranked Cornerstone Golden Eagles in a WHAC dual. The action gets underway at 6:30 PM.
