Cougar XC Finishes Season at WHAC Championships

(Toledo, OH)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's cross country teams both competed in the WHAC Championships in Toledo, Ohio Friday afternoon.
In the Men's 8K Race:
- Donovan White led the way with a time of 27:52.84 to finish in 37th place
- Ethan Beres was the next Cougar, and ran a 29:06.42 to finish in 65th
- Joel Hartleb ran a 29:44.60 to finish in 72nd
- Camden Staples finished in 84th after running a 30:22.28
- Alex Misniakiewicz ran a 34:19.70 to finish in 110th, and Stephen Bisard finished one spot back after running a 34:32.07
- Logan Betke rounded out Cleary's runners with a time of 37:11.02
As a team, Cleary finished in 10th place out of 11 teams.
In the Women's 5K Race:
- Lauren Gores finished in 28th after running a 20:44.99
Gores was the only runner for the Cougar women, and the Cougars did not have enough runners to earn a team score.
