Cross Country Teams Take Strides at Lansing Invite

(Lansing, MI)-- The Cleary Cougar men's and women's cross country teams ran at the Lansing Community College Invitational Friday, and continued to show growth.

In the Men's Meet (8K):

Donovan White led the way, with a time of 27:56.6 to finish in 51st setting a season PR in the process
Joel Hartleb finished in 67th, after running a 28:34.2
Camden Staples finished in 115th, with a time of 30:05.1
Alex Misniakiewicz rand a 35:13.8, while Logan Betke ran a 35:32.2

As a team, Cleary finished in 14th place.

In the Women's Meet (5):

Lauren Gores continued to impress, as she finished her race in 20:00.5 to finish in 11th

Cleary will be back in action next Friday, September 22, when they run in the Skippers Invitational hosted by St. Clair County Community College.
