Cleary Men;s Cross Country finish 5th at the Skippers Invite

(Port Huron, MI)-- The Cleary Cougars Men's and Women's Cross Country teams traveled to Port Huron to run in the Skippers Invite on friday, and they showed some big strides.
In the Men's Race:
- Donovan White led the cougars will a time of 29:15.90, which would leave him finishing in 18th out of 130 runners.
- Ethan Beres came in with a time of 29:56.00, he would come in 30th place
- Joel Hartleb had a time of 31:08.40
- Camden Staples ran a 31:45.00, while Alex Misniakiewicz finished with a 33:36.90
THe men would finish 5th out of 19 teams.
In the Women's Race:
- Lauren Gores would end the month of September with a time of 20:13.60, which would give her a 5th place finish out of 97 runners.
- Jillian Clark came in with a time of 25:43.70.
Cleary will be back in action on October 21st, when they compete in the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge at Aquinas College.
