Taedom Stein Cougar Spotlight
(Howell, MI)-- Cleary University women's basketball student-athlete Taedom Stein is being recognized in this week's Cougar Spotlight.
Stein, a junior transfer from Oakland Community College via St. Clair Shores, has led Cleary to two straight WHAC wins, and wins in three of their last four games. She scored 22 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, dished out 7 assists, and had 5 steals in last Wednesday's 69-64 victory at UM-Dearborn while playing all 40 minutes. In Saturday's 73-66 victory against Lawrence Tech, Stein scored 22 points to go with 11 rebounds and 5 assists. She has picked up double-doubles in three straight games, which is second on the team behind teammate Mileisha Rodriguez.
Stein and the rest of the women's basketball team will look to stay hot this week, as they travel to Ft. Wayne on Wednesday to take on the first place Indiana Tech Warriors, and will be back at home on Saturday vs. the UNOH Racers.
