Bio

Kyle Knapp was hired as Cleary's newest athletic trainer on April 1, 2024.  He makes his return to Cougar athletics, as he was previously employed as an athletic trainer for Cleary from 2018-2020.

Prior to his current tenure with the Cougars, he worked at Ramp Athletics in Detroit from 2022-24, and was an athletic trainer at Birmingham/West Bloomfield Brother Rice from 2020-22.  He got his start in athletic training at Lansing Community College from 2015-2018.

An alumnus of Michigan State University, Knapp graduated in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and kinesiology.  He is CSCS (certified strength and codnitioning specialist) certified.

A native of Royal Oak, Michigan, Knapp now lives in Brighton with fiance Paige and their four cats: Draco, Dashing, Diesel, and Diomidov.
